Win a Customized Beater from Low Boy Beaters!

LB-Logo-ColorLow Boy Launches Universe’s First Online Bass Drum Beater Customizer and Beater Giveaway
Low Boy Custom Beaters, the industry’s first and only builder of custom wood bass drum beaters, has launched the Beater Builder, an online bass drum beater customizer.  To celebrate this launch, Low Boy is also announcing eight days of product giveaways.
Available at, the Beater Builder gives drummers the ability to design and purchase custom finished and laser engraved wood bass drum beaters, shipped directly from Low Boy’s Denver, Colorado shop to their door.
With nearly 30 paint and stain options to choose from – and five separate beater areas – drummers have the potential to design thousands of unique color combinations. In addition, custom laser engraving is available in three options:
  1. Monogrammed shield, with the drummer’s initials (just like those that adorned the front bass drum heads of jazz legends)
  2. Custom text
  3. Custom image or logo
The company has grown significantly since its launch in October 2014, and to thank its customers, Low Boy is also launching the “Eight Days of Low Boy” giveaway. Beginning on April 10, Low Boy will give away one bass drum beater – featuring finishes available on the Beater Builder – each day for seven days. On the eighth day, April 17, a grand prize winner will have the opportunity to design their own custom beater, including laser engraving.
Drummers can register for this contest immediately at
