Have you heard about iDrumTech? Check it, the good people at Drummer Connection developed an app that uses the onboard microphone in your smart phone to help you create a consistent tuning template for your drums. The app looks fantastic, and while I haven’t gotten to check it out just yet because I’m an Android user, it’s been getting tremendous reviews among iPhone owners.

If you’re an iPhone user and haven’t downloaded iDrumTech yet, we’ve got you covered. We’ll be giving away FIVE free download codes to readers this week. First things first, though, the app only works with iPhones running ios6. If you don’t have a compatible, up-to-date phone, the app won’t work. Simple as that.
